Refunds and Exchanges

Items sold are non-exchangeable unless proven to have manufacturing defects. In this case, the defective items will be replaced with one of equal value or higher. The difference in value shall be borne by the Buyer. If a replacement is impossible, the Seller will issue a refund to the Buyer's account (excluding the shipping cost).

The Buyer to check all items upon receipt of goods and notify the Seller of any defective items within 7 days. Items returned without timely notification and RMA number are not entitled to an exchange or refund. To request for an RMA number, the Buyer needs to complete the Product Returns form.

The defective items to be returned to the Seller within 2 weeks (local) and 4 weeks (international) from the date of delivery with original packaging and receipt. The returned items need to be properly packed and sealed to prevent damage during transit to the Seller. Only upon receipt of the items, the Seller will proceed with the exchange or refund.


For any jewelry purchased directly from the Seller, repair or replacement of damaged thread or wire will be provided free of charge within 6 months of purchase. Warranty and Repair policy does not cover replacement of damaged or lost gemstones and other materials. Handling and shipping costs shall be for Buyer's account.
